Note: This is not an a2. orchestra-presented concert, but a special collaboration presented by National Seniors Australia Music.
Join us for a joyful evening as we celebrate the festive season with NSA's 3rd annual Christmas Concert. This program brings together classical favourites, traditional carols, and sing-alongs for a heartwarming celebration of music and community.
The concert features Mozart’s Magic Flute Overture, festive arrangements by Josh Spirek including In the Bleak Midwinter, Gabriel’s Message, and Silent Night, and sing-along favourites such as Good King Wenceslas, Hark the Herald Angels, and O Come All Ye Faithful. The program also includes the stirring Sibelius Finlandia and the spectacular Tchaikovsky 1812 Overture, creating a festive journey from gentle carols to triumphant finales.
Led by the 54-piece a2. orchestra and the 20-voice Winthrop Singers, this concert promises a magical evening in the beautiful Taryn Fiebig Concert Hall, Churchlands.
