2-hours minimum hire, 3-or-more hours hire available upon request
Musicians are expected to arrive approx. 10-15 minutes prior to the start of scheduled event. If you require music as guests arrive and/or depart your event, please ensure that you have booked the ensemble for the full performance time required. Unexpected overtime will incur an additional fee and there is no guarantee that musicians will be available

Event Location

Performance locations over 30 minutes travel from the CBD may incur extra charges

Repertoire Requests

Specific repertoire requests, especially those requiring additional rehearsals, may incur an extra fee

I understand and accept that:

Any fees must be paid to a2. orchestra in advance

You must provide one chair per musician (preferably without arm rests)

There must be storage space for musicians’ instrument cases & belongings during performance

There must be acceptable reading light in the performance space

There must be acceptable sized performance space for the ensemble you have booked

For outdoor events, shelter from direct sunlight or rain is required regardless of the forecast.

Faliure to uphold any above requirements may result in cancelation of the performance with no refund
